Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

1st & 2nd Shift - $32-$38

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our fast-paced food manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This position is critical to minimizing downtime and supporting consistent production performance.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair various types of production, packaging, and process machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair various buildings and environmental systems.
  • Complete preventative maintenance procedures and assigned work orders within the scheduled time frame.
  • Complete special project assignments in fabrication, modification, and new equipment installations.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and electrical schematics to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Fully utilize CMMS to document work, parts usage, etc.
  • Provide support with bag size changeover, machine settings, cleaning, and supporting machine operators, leads, and operations to keep all areas functional.
  • Demonstrate intermediate electrical troubleshooting competency and ability to support VFDs, sensors, and pneumatic systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced operating knowledge of electronics systems.
  • Advanced experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and fabrication.
Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
