Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you'll play a crucial role in the distribution of beer, wine, and spirits within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your responsibilities will include accurately selecting and picking orders using a voice-operated RF device, transporting products with electric pallet jacks or dollies, and ensuring safe delivery to designated staging areas. You will also help build stable pallets, assist with loading and unloading deliveries, support shipping and receiving operations, perform inventory tasks, and maintain a clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pick orders of spirits, beer, and wine using a voice-operated RF device.
- Transport products using an electric pallet jack or dolly.
- Deliver orders to designated staging areas as directed by the RF system.
- Build stable pallets according to customer specifications.
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Support shipping and receiving operations.
- Assist with inventory tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Lift up to 60 lbs consistently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Order picking and packing experience.
- Proficiency in RF scanning.
- Experience with staging pallets and loading/unloading.
- Cycle counts and shipping knowledge.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience.
- Experience with pallet jacks and 2-wheel dollies for at least 6 months.
- Forklift operation experience preferred.

Work Environment
The warehouse is located in Minneapolis, MN, offering a large, clean, and temperature-controlled environment that is heated during winter months. You will work night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM. The dress code includes steel-toed boots and long pants, with recommendations for comfortable attire without inappropriate slogans. As it is a liquor, wine, and beer distribution warehouse, careful handling of products is essential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
