Senior Project Coordinator (IT)
Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid)
Client: Minneapolis–St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC)
Duration: 9‑month contract
Work Schedule: On-site Monday–Tuesday | Remote Wednesday–Friday
Role Overview
The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Project Coordinator to support the IT Department. This role provides hands-on project coordination, procurement, contract management, and administrative support across multiple IT initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support IT project and program managers with project coordination, scheduling, scope, and documentation
- Manage technology procurement requests and prepare purchase requisitions
- Prepare, track, and monitor Professional Service Authorizations (PSAs)
- Track project budgets, invoices, estimates, and financial data
- Coordinate project tasks, deliverables, timelines, and resources
- Analyze data and prepare project and financial status reports
- Track and report on project progress and team performance
- Support administrative activities including meetings, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure contract compliance and support process improvement efforts
- Utilize business financial systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (or similar)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in project coordination and administrative support
- IT procurement and contract coordination experience
- Financial tracking and reporting experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule: In-office Monday–Tuesday, remote Wednesday–Friday
- Offices located across the MSP Airport campus

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
