Exclusive opportunity with Financial Institution located in Golden Valley, MN. We are building out a team to support expected influx of New Business Applications for Annuities and additional Support to Policies Inforce. Training will be on site for a minimum of 4 weeks and then become Hybrid. 3 days in office and 2 days remote. This could go longer, depending on how training is retained. These positions are open due to an influx in business, that is creating additional work. We are adding to the current team that is supporting New Business applications for Annuities. This team will help create quality business flows, resolving issues quicker, etc. Good news is that this line of business is growing, rapidly. There could be an opportunity for offers of permanent employment. Applying within and interviewing would be expected. This is blend of completing tasks and providing customer service to Financial Advisors who are submitting the applications for Annuity products. Phone work is required, No Customer contact but you will be expected to speak with Financial Advisors that will communicate with customers. Most of the communication is through email and a couple of phone calls, if customer/client prefers. Working with Broker Dealers, FMO's, and internal partners. We really would like to see candidates that are NOT afraid to pick up the phone and walk through the Financial Advisors issues. Typical Day - following standard operating procedures, processing, and accuracy is very important. Number of tasks processed per day would be as much as 50. These easier tasks would require less research, investigative work, etc. When working the more difficult tasks, processing 20 daily would be expected due to the amount of time spent in discovery. Work Environment / Department Info - New Business Annuity (Variable and Fixed). Applications are being sent to this team from Field Reps (Financial Advisors). Each application needs to be reviewed and sent back if there are errors or items missing. The field reps are working directly with customers and the field reps rely on you to get the application approved and in force! We are targeting 6/30 as a start date but they may need to push it back to 7/7.
