Job Title: Program Partner

Job Description

The Program Partner is responsible for managing partnerships focused on assigned markets and programs, ensuring superior partnership service and results that save lives. The role involves a market focus on college/university and live registry recruitment events with a high emphasis on lead qualification through cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with individual and chapter levels, implementing at a regional level.
  • Qualify leads from partners, conferences, and the Get in the Game program.
  • Provide dotted line support to Chapters program as needed.
  • Manage Salesforce data: lead entry, account updates, and task creation.
  • Perform project-based work for Programs & Partnerships teams.
  • Organize and track one-to-one communication campaigns across various channels.
  • Accountable to data-driven KPIs including leads attempted, reached, qualified, and delivered.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) for partnership activity, account creation, and campaign monitoring.
  • Use Looker to track partnership results and Microsoft Excel for data collection projects.
  • Maximize partnership impact within budget and human resources.
  • Act as relationship manager on assigned market-related contacts.
  • Assist with program and operational management of assigned partnerships.
  • Provide impact reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Track and manage budget assigned to initiatives with approval.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execute plans operationally.
  • Collaborate with marketing business partners for measurable marketing strategies.
  • Provide a unified voice and partnership experience in the market.
  • Anticipate and execute needs for internal and external stakeholders with transparency.
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies.
  • Research future partnership opportunities and assist in pitching, closing, and managing approved partnerships.

Essential Skills

  • Program management
  • Account management
  • Excel proficiency (sorting, manipulating, and organizing data)
  • Inside sales experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience or transferable experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in student leadership or campus involvement
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Passion for creating and impacting change

Work Environment

The position is fully remote with core work hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm CST. Preference is given to candidates residing in the CST region.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
