What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Order Entry Specialist, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll work closely with our sales, finance, and fulfillment teams to ensure every order gets where it needs to go—on time and hassle-free.

  • 🧾 Process 20+ orders daily with precision and care
  • 🔄 Be the go-to person for post-sale customer questions
  • 📦 Keep tabs on key orders to ensure smooth delivery
  • 💬 Communicate clearly and kindly with customers via email
  • 🧠 Solve problems proactively and keep things moving

What You Bring:

  • You’re a master of multitasking and love checking things off your list
  • You’ve got experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems (MAS/AX), and Salesforce
  • You’re a clear communicator—both written and verbal
  • You’re a team player who’s not afraid to ask questions and offer solutions
  • You take pride in your work and care about doing things right

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Sharp eye for detail and strong proofreading skills

Work Environment:
