Job Description
Join our team as a Powder Coat Painter, where you will play a crucial role in the paint booth, applying powder coat paint with precision and skill. Your primary responsibility will involve working in a protective gown, applying paint throughout most of your day. Occasionally, you will assist with placing and removing parts from the paint line, ensuring a seamless workflow. Flexibility is key, as you may need to assist in other areas as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate in the paint booth to apply powder coat paint.
- Wear protective gear and follow safety protocols.
- Assist with placing and removing parts from the paint line.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adapt to flexing into other areas as necessary.
- Powder coat painting experience is required.
- Proficiency in sandblasting and paint preparation.
- Experience with industrial painting and spray painting.
- Experience with sanding and blasting techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in an industrial environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a larger manufacturing environment, where adherence to safety and quality standards is paramount. Dress code includes protective attire suitable for painting tasks.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
