General Production Worker – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday)(Spanish / No English)

We are seeking dependable General Production Workers for our 2nd shift to support daily operations across multiple production areas. This role is ideal for individuals who work well in a cold environment, stay focused, and are eager to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble sandwiches and fresh food items with accuracy and consistency
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Package, label, and stage finished products
• Support general production tasks as needed
• Rotate through multiple work areas throughout the shift
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and proper hygiene at all times

What You Bring

• Experience in production, general labor, machine operation, or packaging
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Comfort working in cold environments for the full shift
• Willingness to cross-train and adapt to different stations
• Ability to stand, move, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• At least one professional reference
• Strong attendance history and no previous compliance concerns

Work Environment

This position is based in a cold‑temperature production facility, similar to working inside a large refrigerated room. Team members must be comfortable working in these conditions for the entire shift.

• Required PPE includes thermal jackets, insulated gloves, arm sleeves, and cold‑resistant boots
• Strict food‑safety standards and cleanroom‑style sanitation practices must be followed
• Hair nets and designated smocks/lab coats are required in production areas
• Any cold‑related discomfort or safety issue must be reported immediately

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
