HIRING FOR CATHETER ASSEMBLERS!
1st Shift | Cleanroom | 4‑Day Workweek
Build advanced catheter devices from start to finish in a modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility. This role is perfect for experienced catheter builders who enjoy precision work, microscopes, and hands‑on manufacturing in a growing company.
What You’ll Do
- Build catheter assemblies and full catheter builds in a cleanroom
- Read work instructions and drawings
- Assemble under a microscope using small hand tools
- Perform visual inspections and final packaging
- Document work in travelers, QMS, or ERP systems
What You Bring
- 3–4 years of full catheter build experience
- Hands‑on experience with bonding, annealing, braiding, reflow, liner stretching, and stringing
- Comfortable using micrometers and working with small components
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Balloon catheter experience a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
