As a Medical Assembler, you’ll work in a clean room environment assisting the Research and Development team, Technicians, and the Engineers with assembling high‑quality French catheters using precision tools and detailed processes. If you enjoy hands‑on work, attention to detail, and being part of a team that values quality and growth, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble medical catheters using small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes
- Perform detailed tasks such as stringing, reflow, braiding, stretching, and pulling
- Complete visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Package finished products for final release
- Learn and rotate across multiple product lines (up to 17 assembly stages)
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months – 1 year of medical assembly experience (catheter experience preferred)
- Comfortable working with small, detailed components
- Experience using hand tools, tweezers, cutters, or pliers
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
