Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to operate outside the MN market. The role is open to free up resources to build a strong talent pipeline for project managers. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants for assigned open requisitions. The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates with human resources, talent acquisition leadership, and hiring managers to meet the evolving staffing needs of each department.
Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Partner with human resources, talent acquisition leadership, and hiring managers.
- Provide full cycle recruitment with a focus on sourcing candidates for open roles.
- Cultivate a best-in-class experience for candidates, applicants, and new hires.
- Develop an ongoing strong talent pipeline.
- Function with minimal supervision, using strong business acumen.
- Exercise critical thinking and independent decision making.
- Act as a primary customer relationship manager for specified business groups.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to develop sound recommendations for management decision-making related to staffing.
- Strong integrity and leadership in employee engagement.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment at two locations in MN, Fidley and Plymouth, with a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work 3 or 4 days in the office. The role requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, tablets, and smartphones. Regular work hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed. Some travel may be required.
