We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Material Handler to efficiently manage the movement of raw materials and finished goods throughout our facility. This role involves order picking, packaging, and handling of goods using both electric stand-up and sit-down forklifts. The successful candidate will ensure inventory accuracy by inputting data into our ERP System and will manage shipping and receiving tasks using UPS and FedEx.
Responsibilities- Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Pick and package orders from production.
- Use electric stand-up and sit-down forklifts to handle inventory.
- Wrap pallets and load finished goods onto trucks for shipment.
- Input inventory data into the ERP System (Sage) for accuracy.
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks using UPS and FedEx.
- Perform cycle counting and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of forklift experience (sit down or stand up).
- 1+ year of ERP system experience.
- Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
- Experience within a manufacturing setting is ideal.
- Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
- Comfortable working in an environment with fruit-flavored powders.

Work EnvironmentOur temperature-controlled warehouse ensures a comfortable working space. Due to the nature of our products, a fruit smell is present, and candidates should be comfortable with this. The facility operates under strict safety protocols, prohibiting jewelry and cell phones on the production floor. Employees often work extended hours, typically 8-10 extra hours per week.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of MINNEAPOLIS, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
