✨ What You’ll Do
- Build catheter assemblies & sub‑assemblies in a cleanroom
- Read work instructions/drawings and execute with accuracy
- Work under a microscope with tiny components
- Use small hand tools with expert dexterity
- Perform visual inspections & document your work
- Complete final packaging for production‑ready catheters
đź”§ What You Bring
- 4-6+ years catheter assembly experience
- Strong communication & documentation skills (QMS/ERP/travelers)
- Excellent hand–eye coordination
- Comfort working in a cleanroom environment
- HS diploma or GED
Bonus: Balloon catheter assembly experience.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
