Job Title: Lathe Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist to operate multiple CNC Hardinge Lathe machines according to work orders. The role involves operating Wire EDM machines for long-run production, setting up machines with a technician when needed, deburring parts, and inspecting them using various tools such as micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, vision systems, and CMM. Additionally, you will perform general maintenance on machines as required.
Responsibilities
- Operate multiple CNC Hardinge Lathe machines as per work orders.
- Run Wire EDM machines for long-run production.
- Set up machines with a technician as needed.
- Deburr and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, vision systems, and CMM.
- Perform general maintenance on machines when necessary.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of recent CNC Lathe experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency in deburring and quality inspection.
- Knowledge of G&M codes, tool changes, and machine offsets.
- Experience with Fanuc controls.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Twin Spindle lathe machining experience.
- Experience with Nakumura machines.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
