Warehouse Manager – Lead, Develop & Transform a Growing Team

In this role, you’ll guide a team of warehouse associates plus an assistant manager, helping them grow, streamline processes, and work together with confidence. You’ll oversee daily distribution activities, with a strong focus on HAZMAT shipping and receiving, while creating a culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Lead & Own

• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to a team of warehouse associates
• Coach, develop, and empower your team to reach their full potential
• Oversee all HAZMAT shipping/receiving operations
• Plan and organize daily warehouse workflow to ensure smooth distribution
• Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage inventory removal, updates, and documentation
• Load/unload trucks and ensure quality checks throughout each process
• Maintain and reinforce safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse standards

What You Bring

• Experience leading or supervising in a warehouse setting (2+ years)
• HAZMAT certification + hands-on HAZMAT shipping experience
• Forklift and cherry picker operation
• Skilled in order picking, inventory management, RF scanners, and material handling
• Ability to follow written work instructions and maintain strong documentation
• Ability to stand for the full shift

This is a Permanent position based out of MINNETONKA, MN.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

401K plan, health dental and vision benefits

This is a fully onsite position in MINNETONKA,MN.
