Job Description
Join our team as a Medical Assembler and play a crucial role in assembling life-saving medical devices. You will use hand tools and a microscope to assemble intricate components, ensuring precision and quality in a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
- Operate and become proficient with various tools such as blades and cutters.
- Cross-train at different assembly stations.
- Handle and maneuver small components and parts efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a full cleanroom environment.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 6 months experience in medical assembly or related manufacturing/assembly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent hand dexterity.
- Ability to understand and use measurements with rulers and calipers.
- Capability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Willingness to work overtime.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with catheters and inspection processes.
- Prior experience in a cleanroom environment.
- Stable work history in assembly or manufacturing.

Work Environment
The position requires working in a full cleanroom environment, which includes wearing a hair net, gown, booties, and closed-toe shoes. Strict hygiene protocols are observed, such as washing hands before entering the cleanroom. Please note that nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrance, henna tattoos, and pants with holes are not allowed.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnetonka, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
