Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Set-Up Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to blueprints and specifications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to work independently. We take pride in our parts and tolerances and believe in quality over quantity, investing in state-of-the-art equipment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
- Edit programs using G+M Codes.
- Ensure the production of high-quality parts.
- Maintain precision and accuracy in all machining tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new lathe equipment.
- Experience with CNC, lathe, and lathe machines.
- Comfortable setting up and using G+M Codes to edit programs.
- Ability to perform full-blown setups.
- Any type of lathe background will be accepted.
- Willingness to learn new machines and techniques.
- Live Tooling experience is a plus but not required.
- Interest in advancing programming skills is advantageous.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of New Brighton, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
