Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking reliable CNC Operators to support production by running CNC machines, monitoring quality, and ensuring parts meet specifications. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines including MILL, LATHE, or SWISS to produce parts that meet precise specifications.
• Monitor the quality of produced parts and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Understand and apply GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision metrology in daily tasks.
• Work independently and provide mentorship to junior machinists as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience in operating MILL, LATHE, or SWISS machines.
• Proficiency in GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision metrology.
• Experience in aerospace, medical device, or automotive manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience operating HAAS UMC 500SS (5-axis high-speed milling), Puma TT2100SYYB (twin-spindle, twin-turret lathe with Y-axis), Doosan LYNX 2100LSY (sub-spindle lathe with live tooling), or CITIZEN Miyano BNE65MYY (Swiss-style turning with dual Y-axis).
• OSHA and GD&T certifications are a bonus.

This is a Contract position based out of New Prague, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
