Job Title: Assembler
Job Description

The primary role of an assembler is to work collaboratively as part of a team with the responsibility of assembling an entire product or component of a product.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
  • Determine work assignments and procedures.
  • Maintain and sweep work areas.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts.
  • Provide assistance in the production of wiring assemblies.
Essential Skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Team player and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs.
  • Understanding of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies for promoting effective security operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years of experience required.

Work Environment

The work environment involves working on an assembly line and handling general labor tasks. The shift is from 5 AM to 3:30 PM. Employees are expected to operate heavy equipment and maintain a clean workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York Mills, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
