Assembler and Operator (Manufacturing) - 2nd shift / weekend shift Open
Job Summary
A well‑established manufacturing facility in North Mankato is seeking a dependable Oven Operator to support production by operating industrial ovens used to cure varnish, epoxy, and protective coatings on electric motor and generator components. This role is essential to ensuring product quality, consistency, and compliance with strict manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload rotors, stators, and other components into industrial ovens
- Operate ovens according to established temperature profiles and cure cycle times
- Monitor oven controls, temperatures, and process parameters throughout each cycle
- Accurately document oven runs and follow all manufacturing procedures
- Inspect components after curing to verify proper results and quality standards
- Remove cured parts and stage them for the next production process
- Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area
- Follow all plant safety, quality, and production guidelines

This is a Permanent position based out of North Mankato, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $51126.00 - $65368.00/yr.
