Production Worker

The production worker will be responsible for securing products for processing by racking, clipping, and fastening metal. Duties include locating, racking, counting, sorting, and un-racking materials, as well as assisting with packaging as needed. The role involves team lifting large metal pieces onto a crane for anodizing, followed by un-racking and continuing the sequence.

• Unrack materials post-anodizing and continue the sequence.
• Assist with packaging as needed.

• Ability to lift 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Basic English comprehension.
• Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction.

• 1-3 months of manufacturing or distribution experience preferred, but open to other backgrounds.

The work environment includes a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Thursday or a Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am shift, with potential overtime on Fridays. The anodizing facility is industrial, with a slight odor in some areas, though not where employees work. Workers will be in small groups or pairs, using provided safety glasses. The environment is not temperature controlled, staying cool in fall, winter, and spring, but warm in summer. It is not a loud setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.
