Job Title: Mold Maker

1st shift - $30-$40/HR

Job Description

As a Mold Maker, you will be responsible for building injection molds and related tools/components, ensuring they are manufactured and maintained in-house for production with high quality standards. You will program molds and components in MasterCAM at your own CAM station and then operate the machine. Collaboration with drafters and the engineering team is essential to ensure specifications are accurately followed.

Responsibilities

  • Build injection molds and related tools/components.
  • Maintain a high degree of quality in manufactured products.
  • Work under the direction of higher-level Mold Makers as part of an entry-level role.
  • Ensure adherence to brand philosophy, systems, policies, and procedures.

Essential Skills

  • 4+ years of Mold Making experience.
  • Experience with MasterCAM programming.
  • Hard Milling experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • CAM Tool Programming on 5 axis machines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
