As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you’ll help create high‑quality products by packaging, assembling, and preparing materials on various production lines. What You’ll Do
- Package products inside a cleanroom to maintain quality and safety
- Load bottles onto production lines and keep materials flowing smoothly
- Cap, bag, seal, and prepare products for shipment
- Assemble boxes, load containers, and palletize finished goods
- Rotate through different tasks every few hours to keep your day moving
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all production steps
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in production, filling, packaging, or similar work
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with cleanroom procedures, inspection, and line operations
Bonus Skills
- Experience recording batch numbers or managing inventory
- Ability to complete and sign off on batch records accurately

Work Environment & Schedule
You’ll work in a cleanroom environment, standing throughout your shift and rotating tasks regularly. Two consistent schedules are available:
- Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Evening Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:45 AM
Overtime is typically available on Fridays based on your regular shift hours.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
