As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you’ll help create high‑quality products by packaging, assembling, and preparing materials on various production lines. What You’ll Do

• Package products inside a cleanroom to maintain quality and safety
• Load bottles onto production lines and keep materials flowing smoothly
• Cap, bag, seal, and prepare products for shipment
• Assemble boxes, load containers, and palletize finished goods
• Rotate through different tasks every few hours to keep your day moving
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all production steps

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in production, filling, packaging, or similar work
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with cleanroom procedures, inspection, and line operations

Bonus Skills

• Experience recording batch numbers or managing inventory
• Ability to complete and sign off on batch records accurately

Work Environment & Schedule

You’ll work in a cleanroom environment, standing throughout your shift and rotating tasks regularly. Two consistent schedules are available:

• Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Evening Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:45 AM

Overtime is typically available on Fridays based on your regular shift hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
