Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assemble various medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
- Cross-train at different assembly stations to enhance your skills.
- Operate blades, cutters, and other precision instruments.
- Ensure accurate assembly under a microscope.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the cleanroom.
- Communicate effectively in English for auditing purposes.
- Assist in labeling processes requiring color recognition.
Essential Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Great hand dexterity for precise assembly tasks.
- Ability to understand measurements with rulers and calipers.
- Capability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
- Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime when required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preferably 6 months or more experience in medical assembly or other manufacturing/assembly roles, but open to entry-level candidates.
- Microscope and cleanroom experience are advantageous.
- Reliable transportation is required.

Work Environment
Work in a full cleanroom environment, where adherence to strict hygiene protocols is essential. Wear appropriate attire including hair net, gown, and booties, and ensure cleanliness by washing hands before entering. Please note that nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrance, henna tattoos, and pants with holes are not allowed. Closed-toe shoes are required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
