What You’ll Do
As a General Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality wood products and cabinetry. Daily responsibilities include:
- Assisting with cabinet and product assembly
- Loading and unloading materials into production machinery
- Hand sanding and prepping wood products
- Supporting paint sprayers in the finishing booth
- Operating and tending automatic spray lines
- Performing general production and assembly tasks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Standing for extended periods during the shift
What We’re Looking For
- General labor or production experience
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or production environments
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurements accurately
- Minimum of 6 months in manufacturing or a related field
- Basic assembly or carpentry skills

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
