What You’ll Do

As a General Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality wood products and cabinetry. Daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting with cabinet and product assembly
• Loading and unloading materials into production machinery
• Hand sanding and prepping wood products
• Supporting paint sprayers in the finishing booth
• Operating and tending automatic spray lines
• Performing general production and assembly tasks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Standing for extended periods during the shift

What We’re Looking For

• General labor or production experience
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or production environments
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurements accurately
• Minimum of 6 months in manufacturing or a related field
• Basic assembly or carpentry skills

Work Environment

You’ll work in a clean, modern, climate‑controlled shop designed for comfort year‑round. Our collaborative culture and organized production floor help make each day productive and rewarding.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
