What You’ll Do

• Take part in demolition work, safely removing damaged materials and preparing spaces for rebuilding
• Support restoration projects involving fire, water, mold, and storm damage
• Operate a wide range of hand and power tools—jackhammers, saws, drills, pry bars, and more
• Load, remove, and properly dispose of debris while following environmental guidelines
• Set up containment systems using barriers, poly sheeting, and negative air equipment
• Assist with cleaning, drying, and prepping structures for repair and reconstruction
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards to keep yourself and your team protected
• Work closely with supervisors, crew members, and subcontractors to keep projects moving
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Take on additional labor tasks as needed—every day is different

This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
