What You’ll Do
- Assemble industrial paint sprayers using a variety of power and hand tools
- Follow clear, computer‑based work instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support labeling and packaging tasks as needed
- Work closely with a team of 4–10 teammates on a well‑organized assembly line
- Contribute to a positive, efficient, safety‑focused production environment
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
- Confidence using power and hand tools—whether from work, home projects, or hobbies
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong computer skills and comfort reading digital instructions
- Clear communication skills and a team‑first mindset
Bonus Skills
- Experience with electrical assembly is a plus

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
