Job Description

The General Production Worker will be responsible for loading chemical products onto trucks at the filling station. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will follow work orders to ensure the correct chemicals are filled into tanker trucks. Safety is paramount; you'll wear full protective gear, including rubber boots, overalls, jacket, and a full face shield.

1st Shift:

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM M-F

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM M-F

Must be flexible to working OT

Pay: $22-26/hour

Responsibilities

• Fill tanker trucks with the correct chemicals as per work orders.
• Operate from the controls room to select necessary chemicals.
• Apply safety gear before handling chemicals and operate the lift gate.
• Manually fill 5-gallon buckets, drums, or totes to specified weight.
• Ensure the correct amount of chemicals are loaded and seal the tanker.
• Occasionally use forklifts, though most tasks are manual.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, adhering to GMP procedures in sectors like Pharma, Food, Medical, or Chemical.
• 2+ years of experience with documenting work, including shipments and quality checks.
• Strong computer skills for entering information and tracking orders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in chemical handling and filler operations.
• Analytical skills and familiarity with warehouse operations.

Work Environment

The position is primarily based at the Rosemount site, with flexibility to assist at the Saint Paul sites. Work hours are 1st Shift, 6am-2pm or 10am-6am, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime. The work can be labor-intensive, requiring adherence to safety protocols, including wearing full protective suits and helmets when handling chemicals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rosemount, MN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Rosemount,MN.
