Job Title: CNC Operator - $25+/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join our team. This position involves operating CNC Haas Mills on a flexible 1st shift schedule from 6am to 2:30pm. The ideal candidate will put in 40 hours per week and contribute positively to our collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Haas Mills efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members across different areas of the shop.
• Perform assembly, bagging, and packaging parts as needed.
• Assist with general labor tasks to support shop operations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to help with various tasks.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience in CNC operation.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and open-mindedness to undertake various tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with mills and lathes is beneficial but not required.

Work Environment

The shop consists of 15 employees fostering a collaborative atmosphere. The environment is relaxed, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis Park, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
