This is a fully onsite role based in St. Paul.


Description

Customer Service Representative will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from clients who are looking to receive service on the company's products.

Reps will field the call, try to understand/troubleshoot the issue, and then schedule an appointment for a service technician to go onsite and fix the issue.

In addition to fielding the calls, they will be responsible for logging the calls in their internal CRM system.

Individual must be able to multi-task, maintain a positive attitude, and show initiative.

The vast majority of these calls are related scheduling onsite service.

They will also be working in Excel spreadsheets for some simple invoicing

The clerical part of the role can be quite repetitive and mundane, but is easy to learn.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Haves:

1+ year of customer service experience (highly preferred in office setting)

HS Diploma
