Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with expertise in the Water/Wastewater industry to join a dynamic team managing various project types. The role involves working on water conveyance systems, piping, and treatment plants for clients both locally and nationally. The successful candidate will review engineering plans, write technical reports on findings, and engage directly with clients, making previous project management experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work on water conveyance systems, piping, and treatment plants.
• Review engineering plans and write technical reports.
• Collaborate directly with clients and manage projects.
• Engage in teamwork within a small to medium-sized team.

Essential Skills

• Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Water/Wastewater Engineering experience with 3+ years of experience.
• Project Management with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and wastewater treatment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with water treatment plants is beneficial.
• EIT certification required, with the ability to obtain PE in the next few years.
• Experience in land development.

Work Environment

The role includes some travel and fieldwork to job sites in the Twin Cities and client meetings. The schedule is flexible, with office attendance required two days a week, allowing employees to choose their preferred days. Additional office presence is optional.
