Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler in a high-volume warehouse environment. You will play a key role in receiving materials, allocating products, and ensuring accurate data entry in our Oracle-based system. Your responsibilities will include order picking, packaging, and inventory control, as well as scanning parts with an RF scanner and utilizing hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
- Receive and allocate materials within the warehouse using a forklift.
- Pick and package orders efficiently.
- Enter data for material allocation and product moves in Oracle.
- Perform cycle counting and data entry for inventory control.
- Scan parts using an RF scanner throughout the day.
- Hand package and label products.
- Use hand and power tools to create finished products.
- Record rejected or flawed parts in the company database.
- Walk and lift products continuously, with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a high-volume warehouse environment with order picking and packaging.
- Proficiency in using an RF scanner.
- Experience with shipping processes, including UPS or FedEx.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Experience using power screwdrivers to create wood crates.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle systems is advantageous.
- Previous forklift operation experience is beneficial.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
