🔧 Mechanical Assembler – Now Hiring on 1st & 2nd Shift

We’re hiring 6 Mechanical Assemblers across three specialized departments — with 3 openings on 1st shift and 3 on 2nd shift. ✨ What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical components using blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Use hand and power tools — including calipers, micrometers, drills, and torque tools — to complete precision builds
- Work on brakes and clutches used in surgical robots, hospital beds, gurneys, MRI machines, and other high‑impact equipment
- Participate in epoxy machine & magnet assembly, gear motor assembly, and medical device assembly
- Inspect your work to ensure every product meets strict quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area
🔩 What You Bring
- 1+ year of mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
⭐ Bonus Skills (Not Required but Highly Valued)
- Light mechanical assembly or soldering experience
- Familiarity with electrical or mechanical assembly processes
- Experience in hobby auto mechanics or medical assembly
- Desire to learn, grow, and take on more complex builds

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.45/hr.
