We’re seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to assemble actuators, perform precision inspections, complete pressure testing, and maintain accurate documentation. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with tools, and building high‑quality products.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Assemble actuators and related components with precision and consistency
• Conduct final inspections to ensure all products meet strict quality standards
• Perform pressure testing to verify structural integrity
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Accurately document time, processes, and bill of materials
• Participate in general maintenance, housekeeping, and daily operational tasks

🎯 What You Bring

• Experience with mechanical assembly in a related industry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Skilled in using micrometers and precision measurement tools
• Knowledge of fluid power technology (certification a strong plus)
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
• Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and use computer software effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shoreview, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
