Location: On-site in Waseca, MN (travels 3–4 days per week)

Schedule: Full-time

Pay: $20/hr+

About the Role

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Industrial Floor Coater to join a growing team. This position begins on-site in Waseca, MN for training and early projects, then transitions into regular travel 3–4 days each week to job sites across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare concrete surfaces (cleaning, grinding, patching, repairs)
• Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, and specialty coatings
• Operate grinders, mixers, rollers, and basic tools
• Maintain clean, safe work areas
• Work collaboratively to meet quality and project deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience required—training provided
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in construction environments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to the Waseca site and Southern MN projects
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week for multi-day projects

Compensation & Benefits

• $20+/hr depending on experience
• $5/hr weekend bonus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waseca, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
