Job Title: Assembly Worker
Job Description
Join our dynamic team in the assembly department, where you'll be responsible for assembling small electronic parts for various units. You will use work orders on the computer and handle both hand and power tools to complete your tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small electronic parts using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret work orders on the computer.
- Operate machinery and ensure proper packaging of assembled units.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Experience in assembly and machine operation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions from work orders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Must pass relevant assessments with a score of 70% and 100% in Reading Comprehension.
- 6+ months of experience with hand tools.
- Basic computer skills, verified through peer references if necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, clean, and safe environment. Employees are required to wear company-supplied smocks and ESD equipment. Choose from flexible shifts: 1st Shift (6am-4pm, Monday to Thursday), 2nd Shift (4pm-2am, Monday to Thursday), or Weekend Shift (6am-6pm, Friday to Sunday) with competitive compensation.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
