Clinic Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional patient care by drawing labs, taking vitals, and working collaboratively with providers. This role involves supporting patients and providers in a dynamic clinic environment, with a focus on women's health. The schedule is Monday to Friday, offering an opportunity to work closely with different healthcare professionals each day.

Responsibilities

• Draw labs and take vitals as part of routine patient care.
• Perform blood draws, especially on Tuesdays, with an average of 20 patients a day.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically EcW, for documentation purposes.
• Collaborate with mid-wives, physicians, and nurse practitioners to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain reliable attendance and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.

Essential Skills

• RN License in Kansas
• Experience with EcW EMR system
• Knowledge and experience in women's health
• BLS certification
• Team player with excellent reliability and attendance

Work Environment

The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 7:30/8:00 AM to 5:00/5:30 PM. Each day involves working with different healthcare providers, including mid-wives, physicians, and nurse practitioners. The environment is professional and collaborative, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of providers and patients.
