Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Structures Mechanic to work on CRJ 700's and Embraer 145's. This role involves heavy maintenance (C and D checks) and interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft, transforming them from 70 seats to 50 seats by adjusting economy class and enhancing first and business class sections. Additionally, you will conduct maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) on CRJ 900's.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance (C and D checks) on CRJ 700 and Embraer 145 aircraft.
- Execute interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft to reconfigure seating arrangements.
- Conduct MRO on CRJ 900's.
- Utilize sheet metal skills in maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings on tablets.
- Ensure all maintenance work meets Part 121 requirements.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic, preferably in MRO.
- Experience with heavy maintenance C&D checks.
- Proficiency with CRJ 700 and Embraer 145 aircraft.
- Part 121 maintenance experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and operate a tablet.
Work Environment
Work in a non-climate-controlled hangar or perform line maintenance as needed. Be prepared to work any day or shift, with voluntary and unlimited overtime available, considering safety and quality. The schedule offers flexibility with options of working 4x10-hour shifts or 3x12-hour shifts. Utilize tablets for all blueprints and drawings.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bridgeton, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
