Avionics Technician

Join our team as an Avionics Technician, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Starlink installation and performing standard maintenance and modifications for our fleet. You will engage in heavy checks (C&D) on CRJ and ERJ aircraft, installing and modifying NC power in all first and business class seats. Experience with WiFi and ADS-B modifications is highly desirable as you work with a fleet of over 70 CRJ 700s.

• Support Starlink installations and standard maintenance/modifications for the fleet.
• Conduct heavy checks (C&D) on CRJ and ERJ aircraft.
• Install and modify NC power in first and business class seats.
• Perform troubleshooting, installation, and repair of avionics.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Install and modify avionics/electrical systems.

• Experience with troubleshooting, installation, and repair of avionics.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Proficiency in installation and modification of avionics/electrical systems.

• Experience with CRJ 700 is beneficial but not required.
• Experience with similar installations/modifications on any airframe is preferred.
• Experience with WiFi and ADS-B modifications is highly desirable.

Work in a non-climate controlled hangar or line maintenance as needed. Be prepared to work any day or shift, with voluntary and unlimited overtime available, ensuring safety and quality. Schedules may include 4x10s or 3x12's shifts. All blueprints and drawings are provided on tablets, and technicians are expected to read prints and operate tablets efficiently.

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeton, MO.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
