You’ll guide a dedicated team, ensure seamless daily operations, and contribute to the exceptional guest experiences that set us apart.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of the Guest Relations and Admissions areas
- Perform all Guest Relations and Admissions duties
- Help maintain, approve and adjust schedules/timesheets for Guest Relations and Admissions team members including Phone Operators, Rentals, Lost Parents, etc.
- Motivate employees, provide job coaching and disciplinary action when necessary
- Professional and positive Guest and employee interaction to assist with problems
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Efficient register operation
- Resolve Guest issues through mail, phone, email, and in person
- Interact with all levels of management to resolve issues and fulfill inquires
- Perform other duties deemed necessary by the supervisor and manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 17
- Excellent verbal skills, ability to interact with guests in a positive manner
- Computer knowledge- including excel, word, power point, outlook, and internet. Knowledge of, or ability to learn, Six Flags applications.
- Cues to Guest Service, Guest/employee safety and employee relations
- 1 year Admissions experience preferred
- General knowledge of all Admissions areas and ability to exercise good judgment
- Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
