Job Title: PC Support Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated PC Support Technician to join our team. This role involves providing end user support, managing conference room equipment, and offering general technical support at the IT Walk-Up. The ideal candidate will effectively assist users with all desktop and workstation-related needs, operating under limited supervision.


Responsibilities
  • Provide end user support for desktop and workstation needs.
  • Support conference room equipment and IT Walk-Up services.
  • Troubleshoot laptop and desktop endpoints, printing devices, smartphones, and tablets.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to end users.
  • Assist end users through chat, email, phone, and in person.
  • Prioritize incidents and manage ticketing systems efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace while managing a virtual queue of tasks.
  • Make sound decisions with general guidance.
Essential Skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with maintaining laptop and PC hardware, laser printers, iOS, and Android devices.
  • 1-3 years of experience with in-person IT support.
  • Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a technical support role or industry-recognized certifications preferred.
  • Experience working with end users through various communication channels.
Work Environment

The position is based in a traditional office setting with standard working hours from 8am to 5pm. There may be a requirement to travel up to 10% of the time.

This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, Missouri.
