Warehouse Worker

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for safely and efficiently handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role involves regular heavy lifting, attention to detail, and the operation (or ability to learn) warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from incoming shipments in a safe and timely manner.
• Pull tires and other materials to match invoices, pick tickets, or bills of lading.
• Load outgoing shipments accurately and securely.
• Verify all incoming and outgoing loads, documenting overages, shortages, and damaged merchandise.
• Read and match item numbers and sizes to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dock areas and warehouse workspaces.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

• Forklift experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift 75-100 pounds

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kirksville, MO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
