Job Title: Assembler - 1st Shift - $18

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join our team in putting together medical equipment such as lifts to aid individuals with mobility needs. Candidates will work at a single station, performing assembly tasks while seated. Work diagrams and instructions are provided via iPad, and parts are organized for easy retrieval. Those with experience in electrical circuit boards or panels will find this role particularly suitable. A positive attitude and strong effort are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical equipment, focusing on lifts for mobility assistance.
• Follow assembly instructions and diagrams provided on an iPad.
• Retrieve and organize parts needed for assembly tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring it is tidy by the end of each day.

Essential Skills

• Experience with assembly processes.
• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Capability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
• 6 months of regular use of hand tools is advantageous.

Work Environment

The facility is climate-controlled and meticulously clean. Employees are expected to keep their areas tidy. The dress code requires jeans or khakis without holes and prohibits graphic t-shirts. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 1st Shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maryland Heights, MO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
