Welder

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Welder to work on customized projects for a variety of esteemed clients, including NASA and Boeing, as well as government-funded projects. This role involves fabricating and welding industrial work platforms, mezzanines, and ladder platforms.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel for customized platforms, mezzanines, ladders, stairs, and steps.
• Weld materials ranging from 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch.
• Fabricate parts according to blueprints and drawings for all custom orders.
• Utilize equipment to clean, prepare, cut, burn, and weld pieces; set up and measure assemblies.
• Verify welding results by inspecting and testing welds.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIG/TIG welding.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG/TIG welding on aluminum.
• Ability to perform vertical and horizontal welds.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings for customized products.
• Experience examining welds for bead size and other specifications.

• Looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience; this is not an entry-level role.

This position requires working 50-60 hours per week in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing shop.

This is a Permanent position based out of O FALLON, MO.

The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
