We are looking for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and possess a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and punctuality. Successful candidates will be trained to assemble heating elements and industrial ovens by following detailed drawings and instructions.
Responsibilities- Follow drawings and instructions to assemble heating elements and industrial ovens.
- Drill and tap holes for mounting components.
- Attach various connections as required.
- Wire electrical components with precision.
- Mechanically assemble the final product.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow blueprints or engineered drawings.
- Basic wiring skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and be trained in wiring and blueprint reading.

Work EnvironmentWork in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility that can become warm during summer months. Dress accordingly to ensure comfort while operating in this dynamic environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pacific, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
