Entry Level Production Worker

We are looking for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and possess a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and punctuality. Successful candidates will be trained to assemble heating elements and industrial ovens by following detailed drawings and instructions.

• Follow drawings and instructions to assemble heating elements and industrial ovens.
• Drill and tap holes for mounting components.
• Attach various connections as required.
• Wire electrical components with precision.
• Mechanically assemble the final product.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow blueprints or engineered drawings.
• Basic wiring skills.

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in wiring and blueprint reading.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pacific, MO.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
