Pay Rate - 35/hr.+ night shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our production equipment. You will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance on distillers, maintaining a safe and clean workshop, and performing preventive maintenance on all equipment. Your expertise in programming and troubleshooting PLCs will be crucial in maintaining our production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance on distillers, including oil changes, blowing out air lines, and cleaning and tightening belts.
• Maintain a safe and clean workshop while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Track all performed equipment maintenance in logs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Program all production equipment using PLCs.
• Troubleshoot production equipment when programming issues arise.
• Repair and maintain equipment and building infrastructure.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical and electrical experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs in a production environment.
• Ability to perform repairs on conveyor systems and production equipment.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Education and/or certificates in manufacturing or maintenance-related fields are a bonus.

Work Environment

You will be working in a large production environment alongside maintenance techs and production workers to address all repairs and maintenance issues. The shift is from 7pm to 7am on a rotating schedule, with initial training on the day shift for two weeks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of RIVERSIDE, MO.

The pay range for this position is $35.93 - $35.93/hr.
