🏭 Work Environment & Schedule

This is a hands‑on, industrial welding role in a non‑climate‑controlled environment where things can get dirty — perfect for someone who isn’t afraid of real work.

Available Shifts

Weekday Shifts:

• 🕔 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 🕒 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Weekend Shift (Amazing Schedule!)

• 🕔 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• ✨ Work 36 hours — get PAID for 40 hours!

🔧 Position Overview

We’re seeking an Entry‑Level Welder to support the production of high‑quality steel products.

You'll be performing weld prep, welding, finishing, and repairing submerged arc weld seams on steel pipe using specialized equipment.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and finishing operations to meet customer specifications
• Repair discontinuities in submerged arc weld seams
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment
• Read & interpret specifications, drawings, and instructions
• Inspect work using precision measuring tools
• Use grinders (manual & powered) for finishing work
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
• Perform additional duties as needed

🛠 Essential Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of welding experience
• Ability to perform assigned welding techniques
• Understanding of weld parameters (amps, volts, wire speed, etc.)
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Ability to work with mobile device applications
• Must pass an internal welding test

⭐ Preferred Experience

• MIG, Flux Core, and Dual Shield welding
• Blueprint reading and interpretation

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $49920.00/yr.
