The Quality Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of ingredients through comprehensive testing. This position involves laboratory testing and environmental swabbing to maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests including water activity, protein swabs, pH, and viscosity measurements.
• Perform environmental swabbing to test for allergens, molds, and other potential hazards.
• Accurately complete quality documentation, including sanitation records, batch records, and product release forms.
