Responsibilities
The Analyst, Investment Strategies works in a collaborative and team-oriented environment providing research and various quantitative and analytical functions for the Investment Strategies team. Projects frequently involve the use of computer programming, Monte Carlo simulation, regression analysis, and statistical analysis of historical financial data for some of the largest institutional investors in the world. The analyst will work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining reliability and quality of analysis. They are expected to be able to explain and communicate such complex analysis as well as prepare reports and presentations to demonstrate their work.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills (e.g. Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or Financial Engineering) is required.
- Strong interest in Financial Markets / Economics
- Programming knowledge required, preferred experience with statistical programing, e.g. Matlab, Python (NumPy/SciPy), R or Julia. Database familiarity (e.g. SQL) also a plus.
