We’re hiring an experienced Punch Press Operator to join a high‑performing team where quality, safety, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Punch Press Operator, you’ll:

✔️ Operate punch press machinery to produce high-quality parts

✔️ Perform machine setups & changeovers with training support

✔️ Conduct in‑process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and more

✔️ Identify & report production defects or variances

✔️ Operate a forklift safely for material handling

✔️ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

✔️ Complete production work orders & ERP transactions accurately

✔️ Collaborate with your team to meet production goals

✔️ Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

⭐ ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Punch press or similar machine experience (preferred)
• Manufacturing experience
• Forklift training/certification—or willingness to obtain
• Ability to read blueprints & technical drawings
• Basic math & measurement tool experience
• Strong attention to detail & quality ownership
• Ability to meet production deadlines
• Commitment to strict safety protocols

• Previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Solid communication & problem‑solving skills
• Strong reliability and work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
